The western portion of this farm contains well drained tillable fields and over a ½ mile of road frontage on M-106, a state trunkline highway maintained by the MDOT. The eastern portion of the property is made up of an intricate layout of rolling timber with stands of mature hardwoods and evergreens. The timbered ridges and marshy divides create diverse habitat that helps whitetail deer reach maturity. Just south of Fink Lake there is a hill that reaches upwards to around 988ft, this is one of the highest in the area if not the highest.
